Association Forum of Chicagoland and Grapevine CVB Team Up

The Association Forum of Chicagoland has developed a strategic partnerships with the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau and Visit Baltimore, which have agreed to invest in the Chicagoland association community by supporting and sponsoring Forum events, programs and publications in 2009 and 2010.

This strategic partnership allows the two organizations to showcase Grapevine, Texas, and Baltimore, Md., as meeting destinations for Chicagoland associations, which collectively form the nation's second largest association community, representing nearly 2,000 membership organizations that annually generate more than $22 billion in global economic impact, control more than $8 billion in meetings and convention expenditures and employ more than 47,000 association professionals with annual collective salary budgets exceeding $3 billion.
