The Virtual Edge Institute (VEI) is bringing back Virtual Edge Summit on May 21, 2014. The Summit delivers premier education to meetings professionals who produce hybrid or digital meeting.
“The Virtual Edge Summit is a rare educational opportunity for meetings professionals and digital event producers,” said Carolyn Clark, VEI employee. “Digital and hybrid meetings are still very much in their infancy and VEI is filling a void in the industry by providing this high level education, which professionals can use to help advance their own organizations.”
Attendees will participate virtually in an online environment with facilitated discussions occurring throughout each of the five sessions. Summit attendees will have the opportunity to learn, among many things, how to make the hybrid meetings memorable, what a successful hybrid meeting looks like and how to best report your metrics; while earning CEUs.
This year’s Summit features a number of industry experts, who will weigh in on the future of digital events, including James Parker, president, Digitell; Rob Lipps, executive vice president, Sonic Foundry; and Daniel Lotzof, EVP of sales & marketing, INXPO.
