Signature Drink - Sweet Dreams Martini

One good tradition deserves another. The Palm has been a fixture on the Philadelphia scene for over two decades, so it’s only fitting that this classic steakhouse mixes up a seasonal cocktail designed with holiday classic The Nutcracker in mind. Enjoy a pre- or post- performance cocktail in this elegant and handsome bar tucked inside the landmark Hyatt at The Bellevue on Broad Street.

Signature Drink - Cease and Desist

CH Distillery is proud to say they are “made in Illinois, distilled in Chicago” with local grains that are processed to make small batch vodka, gin and other spirits. At the West Loop location, guests can sit down and enjoy a housemade drink at the cocktail bar and order small plates; group tours are provided as well. This recipe was developed by Food and Beverage Director Krissy Schutte.

Signature Drink - Piscopo

Ceres’ Table is back! After shutting the doors to its Andersonville location, the four-time Bib Gourmand Italian-style restaurant announced a new location in east Lakeview, which opened in May. The new property features regional, Italianinspired seasonal plates at affordable prices, plus an Italian-focused wine list and comprehensive craft cocktail program with drinks like this tasty Piscopo.

OM Cocktails: A Good Reason to Cheer

Sometimes you want to take a break from wine and enjoy a cocktail at home, one a little more complex than, say, rum and coke or scotch and soda. Until now, our choices were using a store-bought mix loaded with artificial ingredients or assembling liqueurs, bitters, herbs- fretting over what you don’t have- and wondering what you did with your muddler (or even what that is).
