Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa recently announced Amber Hejduk as the new sales manager for the resort located in Galena, Ill.
As sales manager, Hejduk is responsible for all aspects of sales for the resort including the 63 holes on four award-winning golf courses, accommodations that range from inn rooms to more than 200 villas and distinctive homes, over 15,000 square feet of meeting space, award-winning restaurants, and spa.
Hejduk welcomes her new position with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a successful track record in sales management throughout the Midwest. Most recently, Hejduk was the Chicago-based, senior sales manager for The Abbey Resort and Avani Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisc., where she was responsible for managing the Midwest and West Coast corporate market segments.
Prior to working at The Abbey Resort and Avani Spa, Hejduk served in various sales positions at some of the country’s most respected hospitality companies and resorts including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels. Hejduk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Northern Illinois University.
