XO MARSHMALLOW offers gourmet marshmallows and can bring s’mores bars, hot cocoa bars and marshmallow-inspired dessert tables to your events. These shippable sweet treats can be sent nationwide and make for the perfect party favors. The OMG (Ooey Marshmallow Goodness) crème also presents an opportunity for team-building—it’s the perfect glue for gingerbread houses (and used as fruit dip or scooped on cocoa, ice cream or brownies), according to Kat Conner, shop cofounder.

For a twist on an all-American treat, head to BIG FAT COOKIE for cookies you can barely fit in your hands. Owner Linda Friend and her team can bring hundreds of their gooey creations to pop-up events. The cookies can also be cut up for dessert stations or goodie bags, or shipped anywhere in the world.

There’s something for everyone’s palette with a classic candy station, and AMY’S CANDY BAR has all the confections you need to sweeten up an event. Hand-crafted chocolates and caramels, vintage candies or something bright to complement a theme are all within reach of any event in the U.S., says Amy Hansen, owner of the shop.

Jennifer Dalsbo, recreation sales manager for Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, just north of the Illinois border in Wisconsin, shares her best advice for planning a golf outing for a group.

Z BAR, the globally inspired cocktail lounge atop The Peninsula overlooking Michigan Avenue, offers customized batch cocktails for groups in an upscale, but relaxed atmosphere. The individual responsible for dreaming up and preparing these communal beverages is Vlad Novikov, who’s official title is director of cocktails and culture.
