Trying to eat healthy in the office? The struggle is real. That is, unless you have Paramount Fresh, a new drop-off catering service offered through Chicago’s Paramount Events that delivers nutritious orders for client lunches and business meetings and can also stock office pantries. The chef-driven company uses locally sourced, seasonal ingredients for restaurantquality meals that think “outside the box.” Examples include grilled salmon with watercress and shaved fennel and an assortment of petite sandwiches and fresh fruit salad. With such delicious menus and convenient service, eating sensible never made so much such sense.
