Olympia Hotel Management has been chosen to manage Hyatt Place & Hyatt House Quad Cities in East Moline, Illinois. The showcase hotel project features the 134-room Hyatt Place hotel and 99-room Hyatt House hotel.
Chicago’s leading community and corporate company Wintrust Financial Corporation has announced they’re opening a new event center at the McCormick Square that will be called Wintrust Arena. This announcement came from a letter of intent that was signed with DePaul University.

Architect and interior designer Wimberly Interiors is leading the project for the Avenue of the Arts-located hotel. Renovations include new guest rooms and meeting spaces a refreshed lobby experience and public spaces, and a new restaurant, bar and lounge.
