Ceres’ Table is back! After shutting the doors to its Andersonville location, the four-time Bib Gourmand Italian-style restaurant announced a new location in east Lakeview, which opened in May. The new property features regional, Italianinspired seasonal plates at affordable prices, plus an Italian-focused wine list and comprehensive craft cocktail program with drinks like this tasty Piscopo.

INGREDIENTS
— 1 oz. Pisco Control
— 1 oz. Quinta do Noval Black
— .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
— .75 oz. Luxardo Triplum Triple Sec
— 1 egg white

TO CREATE
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake for five seconds.
2. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
3. Use a strainer and pour into a cocktail glass.
4. Allow 10 seconds for froth to set, then apply bitters to the top of the foam.
